Returns & Refund Policy

Due to the nature of agricultural and aquaculture products, returns and refunds are subject to strict conditions.
1. Returns Eligibility
Returns are accepted only if:
- The product is damaged during transit
- The wrong product was delivered
- The product is expired at the time of delivery
Return requests must be raised within 48 hours of delivery.
2. Non-Returnable Items
- Opened or used products
- Products damaged due to improper handling or storage
- Products purchased during special offers or clearance sales
3. Return Process
To initiate a return:

- Share order ID, product images, and reason for return
- Our team will review and confirm eligibility
4. Refunds
- Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days
- Refunds will be credited to the original payment method
- Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the error is from our side
5. Cancellations
Orders can be cancelled before shipment only. Once shipped, cancellation requests will not be accepted.
